William Watson (Doctor - Surgeon)

born - 17 Oct 1773 Staindrop, Co. Durham
died - 9 Nov 1858 North Adelaide, aged 86.

Mother - Rachel (Grainger) Watson
Father - Joshua Watson - surgeon and apothecary

married Martha Waterhouse 16 Jul 1800 Liverpool England

Arrived in Australia  in March 1839 - with his wife, son (Henry), daughter in law and 2 grandchildren.
His eldest daughter died age 20 in Liverpool prior to his emigration to South Australia.
His daughter Bridget Watson (Hack) emigrated to Australia in 1838. She died in South Australia 
20 July 1881.
